About our Team

Our team is all about keeping the People Group (HR) community connected and informed, ensuring everyone stays in the loop with clear and engaging internal communication. As the HR Communication Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of it all—listening to and amplifying employee voices through surveys, grievance processes, and informal feedback. You’ll be bringing people together through onboarding experience and vibrant internal events like sports tournaments, cultural activities and contests for employees. You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues across the organization to create unforgettable moments, from organizing meet-and-greets with experts and celebrities to hosting events that spark joy and team spirit!

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordination and preparation of internal communication
• Taking care of the communication channels in the organization
• Engagement in Employee related processes in HR, i.e. induction etc.
• Coordination of internal Employer Branding activities
• Cooperation with various stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• MUST: excellent command of English (C1/C2) and Polish (C1/C2) both in speaking and in writing
• Education: BA/MA or equivalent
• The advanced ability of making presentations/ communication
• Min. 3 year of relevant experience from international organization
• Very good command of MS Office - Excel included
• Pro-activeness, ability to solve problems and propose solutions
• Enthusiasm, communication and team work skills
• Ability and openness to learn quickly
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Openness to change
• Creativity
• Positive attitude and hands-on approach
• Knowledge of IT market would be an advantage
