Junior Specialist in SIM Card Management

About our Team

Our Team in Samsung R&D Poland is responsible for Samples and SIM cards management. We are looking for Junior SIM Cards Management Specialist position who will be responsible for managing of business and test SIM cards and mobile phones, as well as a person willing to take on challenges in the field of reporting.

• Costs management (verification, control, analysis and reduction)
• SIM cards management in global systems
• Business mobile management in all company
• Close cooperation with Poland mobile operators
• Terms negotiations and contracts verifications and with operators
• Cooperation with SIM cards administrators in Poland and Europe
• Invoices control, acceptation and verification
• Preparation and update of the SIM cards procedures, manuals, rules etc.
• Preparation reports, documentation, presentations and analysis
• Preparation and implementation processes and costs optimization initiatives
• Daily support for employees

• Min. 2 years of experience in customer service
• Min. 2 years of experience in operating systems
• Min. 2 years experience in working with databases creation and costs analysis
• Experience in creating and improving processes and procedures
• At least intermediate practical knowledge of MS Excel
• Communicative knowledge of English

• Min. 2 years of experience in global company/international environment
