Internship - IT Operations Intern
Role and Responsibilities
Supporting IT team in:
- Technical user support (first line) in organization in IT scope,
- Configuration equipment and applications for employees,
- Diagnosis and resolving incidents with work reporting,
- Supporting workstation configurations,
- Supporting for conference rooms IT equipment,
- Managing requests in the helpdesk system
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Work in group and under stress
- Basic skills in Windows operational and troubleshooting knowledge
- Basic MS Office application knowledge
- Communicative knowledge of the English language
Nice to have
- Higher education or during the studies – computer science or similar
- Basic skill Linux operational and troubleshooting knowledge
