Technical Support Engineer for Enterprise Customers (3rd Line)

About our Team

We provide a world-class technical support to Samsung Enterprise customers within the EMEA region. We are looking for a technical expert with advanced troubleshooting skills and a can-do attitude who feels confident engaging with customers on a professional level. As a member of the Enterprise Customer Support team, you will deliver a premium experience for the customer. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Samsung’s enterprise customers within EMEA, various Samsung R&D teams globally, and various 3rd parties.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to any incompatibilities between mobile devices, MDMs, Android architecture, Network, VPNs, Active Directory, applications, and etc.
  • Delivering onsite and/or remote trainings for Samsung subsidiaries, partners and customers.
  • Creating and reviewing technical documentation and training material.
  • Supporting introductions of new products, features and technologies.

Technologies in use

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical support, customer service.
  • Excellent proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Demonstrated ability to document, track, troubleshoot and resolve time sensitive issues.
  • Experience with Android.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience in Mobile Device Management systems.
  • Experience in technical support within the mobile sector.
  • Proficiency in any other European languages.
  • Experience in dealing with external customers. 
  • Experience in working with remote teams.
  • Awareness of new and emerging mobile technologies.
  • Experience with working with ITIL®.
  • Server deployment and administration.
  • Network troubleshooting and administration.
  • Android or Kotlin application development and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices for secure software development and testing.
