We are looking for Language Tests Specialist (Tester) to verify quality of AI-based features developed in our laboratory. If you fit our description, we invite you to join us.

• Designing test scenarios for AI language functions (text, speech, dialogue) based on product requirements.
• Preparing language data sets for manual and automated testing.
• Conducting manual and exploratory testing of AI language systems in different languages, registers and contexts (with primary language Slovenian).
• Verifying the linguistic correctness, style, tone and consistency of messages in the tested products.
• Recording detected bugs, describing reproduction steps and expected behavior.
• Collaborating with computational linguists and AI engineers to clarify language quality criteria, prioritize bugs and support the bug fixing process.
• Preparing test result reports (bugs statistics, most common problems, recommendations).
• Co-creating and updating test guidelines.
• Proposing new solutions in the field of AI language testing
• Analyzing and optimizing language testing processes (including test process automation).
• Preparing equipment for on-device testing (manual or automatic).

• Systems: Android, Tizen, OS etc.
• Jira, Confluence, Linux
• DevOps (Git, Jenkins)
• AI Tools (LLMs, AI agents)
• Microsoft Office Excel, Word

• At least C1 proficiency in Slovenian language
• Bachelor's or master's degree (technical university, linguistics or other relevant degree)
• English proficiency at a level that allows for easy communication in a professional setting.
• Great communication skills.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, IT science, electronics, telecommunication etc.
• Capable of making decisions and working independently
• High analytic skills
• Diligence, quality-focus and attention to detail.
• Thirst for learning and mastering new technologies, with proactive attitude

• Experience in software or product testing (especially previous experience in testing AI-based software)
• Knowledge of testing techniques and  tools (e.g., ISTQB certificate)
• Knowledge of Samsung products (Android, Tizen, Galaxy AI etc.)
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, JavaScript or Ruby,
• Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially Polish, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Swedish, Romanian, Dutch – basic understanding of other – not explicitly mentioned - language of European origin is also a plus);
• Experience with Jira.
