· Verifying and approving accounting documents within the company’s financial system (including invoices, business trips, and employee expense settlements).
· Assisting in the preparation of analyses supporting the payment execution process.
· Executing daily accounting activities and transactions independently, accurately, and within established deadlines, in compliance with current policies and procedures.
· Providing daily support to employees regarding financial regulations and internal procedural requirements.
· Participating in month-end closing activities.
· Supporting internal and external audit execution processes.
· Preparing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
· Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the accounting department.
· Preparing ad-hoc reports and performing other financial tasks as requested by the supervisor.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
· Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial processes, including payments, settlements, and audits.
· Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles in accordance with the Accounting Act, along with practical knowledge of tax regulations.
· Systems: Working knowledge of SAP.
· Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel.
· Languages: Good command of written and spoken English.
· Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
· Outstanding time-management and organizational abilities.
· Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
· Experience in financial process automation or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows.
· Employment contract for a temporary replacement - by external provider
