Regional Technical Account Manager for Mobile B2B Solutions

About our Team

We evangelize the market about Samsung products and technologies. Also, we conduct workshops and technical consultations for customers, after which we design and build "tailor-made" solutions for them. We also provide technical after-sales support for our business partners.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Technical support: your main task will be to provide technical expertise on Samsung's mobile solutions. You will assist customers in resolving technical issues and customizing products to meet their needs.
  • Sales Support: Working with the sales department, you will help create and execute sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
  • New Product Introduction: You will work with product teams to launch new products and ensure they are in line with customer and market requirements.
  • Training and Documentation: You will be responsible for creating technical documentation and conducting training for internal teams and customers.
  • Industry Events: You will attend trade shows and industry events, present Samsung products and provide technical support.
  • Analysis and Reporting: You will conduct sales and product analysis, prepare reports and recommend actions based on the collected data.

Technologies in use

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in computer science, information technology, product management or related field.
  • Experience: Knowledge of mobile technologies (Android, iOS) and experience in IT product management.
  • Competencies: Understanding of IT processes and services, both technical and sales.
  • English language: Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication and management skills. Dynamic personality and orientation to the high-level teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with B2B customers.
  • Knowledge of Samsung's B2B product portfolio.
  • Knowledge or experience in Cloud Services like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
  • Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
  • Certification in project management
