About our Team

We are looking for a Candidate who will join Samsung’s Building Management System solution team in Poland (building automation, energy savings, connectivity, control optimization). As a Customer Technical Support Expert in IoT solutions for buildings. You would be specializing in showcasing Samsung's cutting-edge technologies and integrated building solutions. With a deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, this role will be dedicated to helping customers leverage Samsung's innovative products and services to optimize building operations, enhance occupant experiences, and achieve energy efficiency goals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Participating and conducting meetings and workshops with partners and clients as Technical Support Expert.
  • IoT Solution Demonstration: Present Samsung's IoT solutions for building, including smart HVAC systems, energy management platforms, to customers and stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recommendations for implementing Samsung's IoT technologies in their buildings.
  • Training and Education: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of Samsung's IoT products.
  • Innovation Advocacy:  Stay updated on the latest advancements in IoT technology and advocate for the adoption of Samsung's solutions in the building industry.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to prepare, read, interpret, present and explain technical standards and products.
  • Knowledge about building’s open protocols and communication basic concept.
  • Excellent fluency in English (both verbal and written) - conducting presentations in English in front of a multinational audience and preparing official technical documentation.
  • Ability to prepare and conduct technical trainings, presentations, workshops in front of large group of people.

  • IoT (Internet of Things), mobile, communication knowledge
  • Energy Savings Algorithms knowledge (HVAC, VRF)
  • Knowledge of AC solutions
  • Documented experience in Building Automation and Building Management Systems
